Is there a way to disable defaut build-in command ?

I have a trigger like "Sarah do this" or "Do that Sarah" and I don't want windows to listen to ambiant sound and try to understand something else like "Format C: Drive" ...

May be someone has built a registery hack ? Or scoped command ?
